THERAPY GARDEN, LLC
"Over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley."

The Garden of Our Mind
Imagine your mind as a garden, where seeds of insight, resilience, and self-compassion can flourish. Your mind is just waiting to be cultivated. I can serve as your trusted gardener, providing the tools, support, and expertise needed to tend to your emotional landscape.
Together, we create a therapeutic space where you can explore the roots of your challenges, nourish your strengths, and foster growth.
Just as a garden requires proper nourishment, our therapy sessions will be tailored to meet your unique needs.
With compassion and understanding, I can help you tend to the weeds of anxiety, depression, trauma, or other struggles that may be hindering your growth. As this happens, my hope is that you'll discover the resilience within you, sprouting seeds of self-acceptance and self-compassion, empowering you to develop coping skills, gain insight, and cultivate self-awareness.
ABOUT THERAPY
My approach to psychotherapy is non-judgmental and supportive. I will be invested in your well-being. If you are ready for growth and change, I am here to help facilitate that. I will tailor your treatment specifically for you, and we will collaborate throughout our sessions to bring about the most effective and lasting changes. Please keep in mind that therapy is not a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that requires participation and investment from both client and therapist.
TECHNIQUES
I am a Brainspotting Practitioner. Also, as a trauma informed therapist, my approach to therapy always considers the impact of any traumatic events on my client's life. I utilize mindfulness-based techniques, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I use the lens of Polyvagal Theory and bring the ideas of Fight/Flight/Freeze into therapy, teaching my clients about how this affect thoughts, bodily sensations, and behaviors. I personally align with existential, humanistic, strengths-based, narrative, and person-centered therapy. I have also studied and incorporate Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Internal Family Systems into therapy.

I will lend you a listening ear.
You will be seen, heard, and accepted.
